An 1835 Kentucky farmhouse with a storied past, and PGA championship golf course as a neighbor, this home was well loved, but in need of an elegant and sophisticated update when the current owners engaged BAI in a whole home renovation and decoration project. With intentions to use the home as a luxury accommodation for guests, BAI kept to a tight schedule in order to get the home ready to receive visitors. Original heart pine floors were revived, a new Butler's Pantry to better serve multiple guests was installed, along with a fun Bourbon Tasting Room, and a hand-painted mural was updated with softer colors and landscaping to reflect the more sophisticated color palette.
