Tower Move

The greatest compliment for an interior designer is being asked to design a builder’s home after working together on a different project. That was the case in this remarkable collaboration between Bethany Adams Interiors and builder Stefan Rumancik of Designer Builders in Louisville, KY.

Working alongside architect Mark Foxworth of Foxworth Architecture, Bethany helped transform the historic Craftsman style residence in Audubon Park with a two-story addition that includes a custom kitchen, mudroom, powder room, primary bathroom, and dressing room.

The design balances warmth, light, and architectural precision, combining clean modern lines with refined materials and layered textures. The result is a home that feels both modern and deeply livable, perfectly reflecting the builder’s craftsmanship, the architect’s skill, and Bethany’s signature style of livable luxury.

This project was recognized for its excellence, earning ASID Awards in 2022 and IDS Awards in 2023.
